Requirements:

- Proficiency in tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and ChatGPT. Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce for analytics and management
- Background in Health and Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, and Alternative Wellness (CBD/THC, Delta 8, Delta 9, Kratom). Additionally experienced in Hospitality and Restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring the application of effective strategies and creative elements.
- Utilize marketing platforms to track campaign success, analyze key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to maximize engagement and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement campaigns that align with client goals and target audience preferences.
- Work with creative and strategy teams to refine campaigns based on performance data, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and refine audience segments to ensure accurate and relevant targeting, improving campaign effectiveness.
