  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and ChatGPT. Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce for analytics and management
  • Background in Health and Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, and Alternative Wellness (CBD/THC, Delta 8, Delta 9, Kratom). Additionally experienced in Hospitality and Restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring the application of effective strategies and creative elements.
  • Utilize marketing platforms to track campaign success, analyze key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to maximize engagement and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement campaigns that align with client goals and target audience preferences.
  • Work with creative and strategy teams to refine campaigns based on performance data, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Build and refine audience segments to ensure accurate and relevant targeting, improving campaign effectiveness.
