Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with onboarding, training, and technical support inquiries.
- Monitor customer activity, adoption, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
- Handle customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates.
- Support in improving customer service processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer success initiatives.
