Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 2 years in campaign strategy and leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and affiliate programs.
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis using Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Deep understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnels.
- Experience running campaigns for real estate or property investment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or CRM integrations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and display platforms for multiple real estate brands.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and affiliate channels, to drive property inquiries and bookings.
- Own campaign performance tracking, ensuring continuous optimization to maximize ROAS, LTV, and lead-to-sale conversions.
- Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance forecasting across active campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and channel experimentation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing campaigns with Imarats overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with PropTech and real estate marketing trends, ad technologies, and competitor activities.
