- Understanding of social media, digital content, and paid advertising creatives.
- Ability to translate briefs into effective creative directions and executions.
- Experience collaborating with designers, content creators, and performance marketing teams.
- Understanding of campaign KPIs and creative optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create campaign ideas aligned with brand goals and target audience needs.
- Plan and oversee content for social media, digital ads, videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Turn briefs into clear creative concepts and execution plans.
- Contribute to content creation, copywriting, reviews, and creative improvements.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize campaign creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and refine creatives to improve results.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Support content shoots, production activities, and AI-powered creative projects.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
