Functional Consultant – Finance (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in at least 3–4 end-to-end implementations within Finance modules
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
• Solid understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows
• Experience with integrations, reporting, and data migration processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Microsoft Dynamics certification is preferred
• Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL or technical troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance modules
• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Configure and customize Dynamics Finance solutions in line with business needs
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption
• Support data migration, integrations, and system testing activities
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user manuals
• Coordinate with developers on customizations and third-party integrations
• Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and provide post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related issues
• Ensure compliance with financial processes, reporting standards, and audit requirements
