Odoo Business Development Lead (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience with 2-3 years in Odoo Sales.
• Proven experience working with a leading Odoo Partner in Pakistan (verified via Odoos Partners Page).
• Strong understanding of retail, services, and manufacturing implementations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience in international sales is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close Odoo ERP sales opportunities in local and international markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and present implementation strategies.
• Prepare proposals, pricing plans, and presentations for clients.
• Track sales performance and maintain CRM records accurately.
• Represent the company at industry events and network to expand partnerships.
