Requirements:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong experience in real estate marketing, managing end-to-end project launches, branding, and demand generation.
  • Prior experience working in or with MNCs, with exposure to global marketing practices and structured processes.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong understanding of real estate buyer behavior, market dynamics, media planning, and ROI-driven marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly dynamic, innovative, and comfortable driving change in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy for real estate projects, brand positioning, digital presence, and lead generation.
  • Lead full-funnel marketing initiatives covering brand, digital, offline, performance, and customer experience.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns for residential and commercial projects with clear KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI).
  • Build and manage annual marketing budgets, media plans, and campaign performance dashboards.
  • Lead brand development across all touchpointswebsite, social media, ATL/BTL, outdoor, digital, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with revenue targets.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO, paid media, social, content, and marketing automation.
  • Manage agency relationships (creative, digital, PR, media buying) and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Guide market research, competitor analysis, customer insights, and segmentation strategies.
  • Lead launches of new projects, campaigns, events, and go-to-market plans across multiple cities.
  • Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, ensuring capability building, performance management, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Present monthly business reviews to the leadership covering performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
