Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Temenos T24 Core Banking system administration and product support, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically on T24
- Strong experience handling COB (Close of Business) and other system administration activities
- Experience in housekeeping activities, system monitoring, and technical analysis
- Prior experience working in a banking environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
- Strong understanding of T24 modules, COB processing, and TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework for Java)
- Familiarity with Oracle or other databases used with Temenos T24
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation and operational efficiency
- Experience with T24 upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
- Certification in Temenos T24 or related technologies is a plus
- Experience with cloud-based T24 deployments is preferred
- Solid understanding of banking operations and financial products
- This role is open to candidates from the Southeast Asia region (Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Maldives, Nepal, etc.). The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Libya.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, administer, and maintain the Temenos T24 Core Banking system, ensuring stability, performance, and security
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and operational efficiency
- Perform COB operations, system housekeeping, and routine administrative tasks
- Ensure regular system backups and maintain effective disaster recovery procedures
- Apply patches, updates, and system upgrades in line with best practices and organizational standards
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, including performance bottlenecks, errors, and outages
- Provide technical support to users and assist with system-related training as required
- Implement and maintain security controls to protect the T24 system and sensitive banking data
- Maintain accurate system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Support integration of T24 with other banking applications and third-party systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate with Temenos and third-party vendors for support, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Manage UXP, Browser Web, and Transact Latest Browser configuration and installation on the application server
