Social Media Executive (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Experience with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
• Understanding of content algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of video formats for reels and shorts.
• Strong writing skills for captions and social media posts.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Upload and schedule content, including reels, shorts, program clips, and promotional posts.
• Conduct research on trending topics and social media trends relevant to the media channel's niche.
• Optimize posts with captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Monitor platform performance and track engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with editors and the creative team to ensure timely content distribution.
• Manage community engagement, comments, and audience interaction.
• Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to improve reach and visibility.
• Assist in planning social media campaigns for program launches and special broadcasts.
