Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Product Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment (Series A preferred).
  • Proven 01 experience building from the ground up, including establishing a PMM function, defining positioning frameworks, or creating a full sales enablement library.
  • Strong B2B SaaS background with a clear understanding of how software is sold, not just marketed.
  • Familiarity with the MENA market is preferred, including GCC ecommerce, retail landscape, or B2B buyer behavior in KSA/UAE; North American experience is a plus.
  • Experience creating high-impact sales enablement assets including battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch collateral actively used by sales teams.
  • Strong positioning skills with the ability to develop messaging frameworks, not just copywriting
  • Experience leading or closely collaborating with a content function, with strong editorial judgment and a clear sense of narrative quality and consistency.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with direct collaboration across founders, sales leadership, and product teams.
  • Experience in conversational commerce, WhatsApp Business tools, or ecommerce SaaS.
  • Experience working with or selling into KSA, UAE, or broader GCC markets.
  • Comfortable with Arabic-market nuances, even if not a native speaker.
  • Experience with the Meta WhatsApp BSP ecosystem and a background in AI or LLM-adjacent products.
  • Experience working with distributed or async-first remote teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own core product positioning and ensure consistent alignment across all messaging and GTM activities.
  • Develop and tailor messaging by market to ensure relevance across different geographies and customer segments.
  • Build the complete sales enablement asset library from scratch, including battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks.
  • Equip AEs and SDRs with market-specific, high-impact collateral to support deal execution.
  • Create ROI frameworks and objection-handling materials to strengthen sales conversations.
  • Manage and guide the content team to ensure high-quality output and strategic alignment.
  • Own the editorial calendar and overarching narrative framework across all content initiatives.
  • Ensure all content is tightly aligned with ICP definitions and product positioning.
  • Define content KPIs and establish a consistent review and performance tracking cadence.
  • Own the competitive intelligence function and maintain a structured view of the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain a live competitor tracker across conversational commerce, WhatsApp tools, and AI-powered shopping ecosystems.
  • Translate competitive insights into positioning updates, battle cards, and internal sales enablement materials.
  • Deliver quarterly competitive landscape briefs to leadership.
  • Participate in product roadmap reviews and collaborate closely with the product team
  • Own GTM planning for feature and product launches across all key releases.
  • Translate product roadmap decisions into clear, compelling market-facing narratives.
  • Own centralized ICP definition and ongoing validation while coordinating cross-functional execution of all launch assets.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and structured customer interviews to generate actionable insights.
  • Continuously feed customer and market insights into sales, product, and marketing functions.
  • Support research and insights for expansion into new geographic markets.
