Chief Operating Officer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT services, consulting, or staff augmentation.
• Proven success in scaling operations and building high-performance sales teams.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• International exposure (North America, GCC, or Europe) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to shape and execute our growth strategy.
• Build and scale a sales function and go-to-market strategy across North America, GCC, and Europe.
• Ensure operational excellence and world-class delivery of Salesforce, Odoo, data analytics, and custom development projects.
• Lead hiring and team development with a strong technical perspective.
• Steer the companys market focus and technology direction to stay ahead of client and industry demands.
