Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
- 2 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and skill sets, with the ability to discuss them confidently.
- Hands-on experience conducting interviews using multiple formats (phone, virtual, and in-person).
- Excellent sourcing skills, including creative and targeted candidate outreach strategies.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Write and post clear, engaging, and detailed technical job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through professional networks, niche platforms, and referrals.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct pre-screening and structured interviews, combining technical and behavioral assessment methods.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical team leads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring technical roles.
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetups to network and strengthen the employer brand.
- Prepare job offers, support the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document role requirements and performance expectations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Promote the companys reputation as an employer of choice within the technology sector.
