  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through professional networks, niche platforms, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct pre-screening and structured interviews, combining technical and behavioral assessment methods.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical team leads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring technical roles.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetups to network and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Prepare job offers, support the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document role requirements and performance expectations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
