Visual Designer (Onsite, Islamabad, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• A solid design portfolio showing social media and branding work
• Fluency in Canva + at least one Adobe design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express)
• Strong sense of layout, alignment, hierarchy, and typography
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate across remote and in-office teams
• Strong attention to detail and deadline commitment
• Familiarity with short-form video tools (CapCut, Veed, Adobe Express)
• Experience using AI tools like Ava, ChatGPT, or Midjourney
• Comfort adapting to brand guidelines or iterating with feedback quickly
• A self-starter with creative instincts and technical precision
• Excited to design for both global audiences and internal stakeholders
• Passionate about using design to tell stories and express technology beautifully

Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact social media graphics: posts, reels covers, carousels, quote cards, etc.
• Beautify internal content: branded documents, presentations, training decks
• Maintain visual consistency across all materials (brand, color, type, spacing)
• Collaborate with global and local team members across functions
• Use Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express) to execute work
• Organize design assets and contribute to scalable design systems
