UI/UX Designer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 4-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in Figma (Auto-Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Tokens).
• Skilled in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools for visual asset creation.
• Strong understanding of UI layout grids, vertical rhythm, typography, spacing standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience designing complex dashboards and interactive workflows, beyond static screens.
• Excellent communication, visual storytelling, and analytical thinking, focusing on user-centered design.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, contextual observations, and build user personas.
• Analyze user journeys to identify usability gaps and workflow improvements.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, interaction flows, and clickable prototypes.
• Design visually polished, pixel-accurate UI screens for web and mobile platforms.
• Define and maintain design system components, spacing, styles, and interaction patterns.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (contrast, readability, touch targets, etc.).
• Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare developer handoff documentation, specifications, and UI behavior guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Work with product teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences.
• Present designs and rationale to senior stakeholders in structured review sessions.
