Frontend Developer - React & Next.js (Onsite, Evening Shift, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and modern tooling such as TypeScript and bundlers.
• Excellent eye for visual detail, animations, and high-quality user interactions.
• Ability to translate concepts and product requirements into refined, polished user experiences.
• Interest in working with AI technologies, including LLMs, chat, voice, and generative UI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and Git best practices.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools, analytics platforms, or A/B testing frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Ensure strong performance, accessibility, and visual quality across the product.
• Integrate REST APIs and work across the full frontend development lifecycle.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
