SAP B1 Consultant (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Mandatory SAP Certification (SAP B1 preferred).
• Proven experience in SAP B1 implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in SQL queries and Crystal Reports.
• Basic understanding of AWS services and cloud environments.
• Experience in writing functional requirements and design documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Visio.
• Knowledge of the Waste Management/Recycling industry is a plus.
• Excellent business English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support SAP Business One (SAP B1) along with add-ons such as WR1 (Waste & Recycling One).
• Deliver end-to-end ERP consulting services, including requirement gathering, implementation, and deployment.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance for client environments.
• Develop and execute test plans, identify system issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, operational documentation, and release guides.
• Provide user training, post-implementation support, and assistance with new features and system changes.
• Handle technical support issues through Jira helpdesk within defined timelines.
• Work with SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and related tools for reporting and analysis.
• Support infrastructure and basic AWS-related activities.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including client demos and solution discussions.
• Support customer account management and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements in system quality.
