Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management roles.
    Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Excellent project management skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client presentations and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis, campaign optimization, and creative execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ChatGPT and AI tools, Segmetrics, Hyros, Clarity, Shopify, WordPress, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working across Health & Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, Alternative Wellness, and Hospitality/Restaurants industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals to align marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels, leveraging AI tools for analytics, optimization, and creative execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet client objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies, targeting, and creative elements to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Lead regular client meetings and presentations to review campaign performance, discuss upcoming initiatives, and maintain alignment on goals and strategy.
