Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Excellent project management skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client presentations and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis, campaign optimization, and creative execution.
- Hands-on experience with Asana, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ChatGPT and AI tools, Segmetrics, Hyros, Clarity, Shopify, WordPress, and Google Workspace.
- Experience working across Health & Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, Alternative Wellness, and Hospitality/Restaurants industries.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals to align marketing strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels, leveraging AI tools for analytics, optimization, and creative execution.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet client objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies, targeting, and creative elements to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Lead regular client meetings and presentations to review campaign performance, discuss upcoming initiatives, and maintain alignment on goals and strategy.
