Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field is required.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in FMCG distribution, retail sales, or a similar field-based operations role.
- Must have a valid driving licence and access to a personal bike.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with experience handling cash and making bank deposits.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain retail relationships.
- Basic proficiency in using a smartphone for order coordination and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process purchase orders from retail partners across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- Coordinate timely order deliveries from the Islamabad warehouse to retail stores.
- Liaise with delivery personnel to assign, monitor, and track order dispatches.
- Personally handle deliveries when required to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Collect payments from retail partners as per agreed terms and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and deposit collected payments into company accounts promptly.
- Monitor outstanding dues and report any discrepancies or delays to management.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and improve product placement, visibility, and shelf presence.
- Identify and onboard new retail stores to expand the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
- Drive sales growth by improving product availability and sell-through across the assigned territory.
- Coordinate online order processing, including packing, dispatch, and delivery where required.
- Ensure proper inventory handling and adherence to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
