Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in HR reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build positive relationships across departments and with employees.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to conflict resolution, organizational improvement, and workforce planning.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices to ensure full legal compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, handling change with professionalism and resilience.
- Strong sense of integrity, discretion, and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead the full recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified and culturally fit candidates.
- Support business goals through employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
- Design, implement, and manage HR policies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Foster a positive, transparent, and inclusive workplace environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes employee growth and organizational success.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Identify training needs and oversee the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
