A pre-eminent Jersey law firm is expanding its ability to provide outstanding client service and support and seeks a new member to join its Litigation team.

As an experienced self-motivated administrator you will be providing timely and accurate administrative and secretarial support to the partner, fee earners and other colleagues.  This will include telephone answering, managing calendars, photocopying and filing, ensuring due diligence is completed, updating pleading and disclosure files, preparing court bundles and arranging meetings.

Your high standards of client care and professionalism are anticipated to be enhanced by existing experience of the legal sector along with being organised, literate and numerate, familiar with office I.T. such as Microsoft Office and able to learn other software packages.
