Our Client is a global provider of alternative asset services and due to significant business growth they now seek both Administrator and Senior Administrator level candidates to join the Real Estate teams in Jersey.

The administrator role will report to a Senior Administrator within the Real Estate team. You will have responsibility for the provision of administrative support and relationship management to structures within the Funds team.

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with Senior Administrator, Manager and Lead Director to provide quality and efficient service to the customers of the Real Estate team; 
  • Liaising with 3rd parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, property and investment managers as required;
  • Completion of periodic reviews on an annual basis; 
  • Assisting with transaction management such as the acquisition/disposal of property and re-financing;
  • Dealing with investor queries and the delivery of investor statements to include quarterly distributions and NAV production;
  • Arranging bank payments;
  • Drafting of invoices and arranging settlement;
  • Reconciliation of payment logs and approvals;
  • Assisting with the collation of due diligence and customer take on procedures;
  • Processing transfers of units between investors;

Skills / experience required

  • Working towards or wanting to work towards a professional qualification such as ICSA or equivalent;
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the industry;
  • Previous funds experience is desirable but not essential.

Senior Administrator

The senior administrator postion is an opporuntity to grow in your career. With at least 3 years experience in the sector our client is looking to help grow and provide a career path to senior mangement.

Skills / experience required

  • Professional ICSA or equivalent qualification or studying towards ICSA; 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry;
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills;
  • An understanding of Jersey statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements for example Anti-Money Laundering laws;
  • Motivated and driven.
