Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Coordinator (Female) with relevant sales experience of 3 years to join our team. This role combines inside sales activities, client visits, and partner management. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a passion for sales and a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales & Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to selected Enterprise clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling.

  • Client Site Visits: If necessary, travel with the Manager Sales to client sites as required to build relationships, present solutions.

  • Partner Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with active partners to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

  • Sales Coordination & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and manage the operational aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, follow-ups, and timely delivery.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and outcomes in the CRM system, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in inside sales, Email solution selling, IT services selling, telemarketing, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.

  • Experience in sales operations or coordination is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
