Job Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end SCM transformation strategies using D365 capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and scalability

• Align system functionality with long-term supply chain goals to support business growth and digital innovation

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify areas for strategic IT alignment across sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution

• Evaluate market trends to recommend relevant technological upgrades and integrations within D365 SCM

• Develop roadmap for supply chain digitalization, ensuring synergy between technology adoption and enterprise objectives

• Manage and maintain D365 SCM modules including procurement, inventory, warehouse, and production

• Ensure seamless integration of D365 with other ERP systems and third-party logistics solutions

• Monitor daily system transactions to uphold data accuracy, security, and process compliance

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across supply chain operations, ensuring minimal disruption

• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of new SCM features or updates within Dynamics 365

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

• Lead cross-functional SCM project teams, mentoring junior consultants and analysts

• Conduct training sessions to upskill internal teams on D365 SCM functionalities

• Act as liaison between technical developers and operational managers to translate business needs

• Encourage continuous learning and development for SCM team members in tech-driven workflows

• Manage team performance metrics and support career progression through feedback and coaching

• Analyse supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and automate workflows using D365 tools

• Lead initiatives to optimize inventory turnover, procurement cycles, and distribution networks

• Implement KPIs and dashboards for data-driven process analysis and continuous improvement

• Enhance collaboration between departments through streamlined D365-driven operations

• Champion lean principles and agile methodologies to refine SCM process
