Job Description:

Own and grow our firms digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and website. Plan and publish compliant, authoritative content; build partner thought leadership; and lay the groundwork for Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads that generate qualified inquiries from target industries (nonprofits, healthcare, SMBs, HNWIs, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a channel strategy for LinkedIn (company and leadership profiles) + Facebook (company only) aligned to firm goals (brand authority, lead-gen, recruiting).
  • Create a monthly content calendar: service spotlights, audit/assurance explainer posts, tax deadlines, case studies, partner POVs, webinars/events, testimonials (where permitted).
  • Maintain audience personas and messaging pillars; ensure tone is professional, clear, and compliant.
  • Write, edit, and publish posts; coordinate simple creatives (Canva/Adobe) and short clips (webinar snippets, reels).
  • Coach partners/CPAs for LinkedIn thought leadership (ghostwriting, post prompts, commenting playbooks).
  • Repurpose long-form assets (blogs, guides, webinars) into carousels, short posts, and email snippets.
  • Keep the website blog/news updated; coordinate with SEO for keywords and internal linking.
  • Monitor comments/DMs; route inquiries to the right team within 1 business day.
  • Social listening for regulatory changes, deadlines, and industry news to inform content.
  • Set up UTMs, channel dashboards (GA4 + platform analytics; CRM if available) and report monthly on:
  • Reach, engagement, website traffic, session quality
  • Content performance by theme
  • Leads and form fills attributable to social
  • Run A/B tests on hooks, creatives, and CTAs; apply learnings to the next calendar.
  • Ensure content adheres to professional standards (accuracy, confidentiality, no client data, fair-balance claims).
  • Implement an approval workflow with partners for technical posts.
  • Maintain an assets library (brand templates, disclaimers, partner bios, headshots).
  • Paid Ads (Future-Ready Activate when budgeted)
  • Prepare ad foundations: Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion events, consent banners, and UTM schema.
  • Build audiences (site visitors, lead lookalikes, job-title/industry targeting).
  • When approved: launch Meta (FB/IG) and LinkedIn campaigns for lead gen, events, and remarketing; manage budgets, creatives, and weekly optimizations.

Qualifications

  • -1.5 - 2 years in B2B social media (professional services preferred: accounting, audit, finance, consulting, or legal).
  • Outstanding copywriting/editorial judgment; ability to translate technical topics into plain English.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Pages, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and a scheduler (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Basic design/video skills (Canva/Adobe), and CMS familiarity (WordPress/HubSpot CMS or similar).
  • Comfortable with UTMs, funnels, and basic SEO; understands privacy/consent and professional-ethics constraints.
  • Nice-to-Haves: LinkedIn Ads Certification, Meta Media Buying Certification, GA4 Certification; experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and lead attribution.
  • KPIs / Success Metrics
  • Growth in engaged followers (LinkedIn primary) and qualified traffic to priority service pages.
  • Monthly content cadence hit rate ( 90% of planned posts shipped).
  • Leads from social (form fills, consultation bookings) and cost per lead once ads launch.
  • Event/webinar registrations, newsletter sign-ups, and partner profile reach.
  • Response time to inbound messages/comments.
  • Deliverables & Cadence
  • Monthly: Content calendar + asset pack; performance report with insights and next actions.
  • Weekly: 35 LinkedIn posts (mix of firm page + partner profiles), 23 Facebook posts, website update if applicable.
  • Quarterly: Theme plan (deadlines, regulatory updates, campaigns), creative refresh, and audience tests.
  • When ads start: Media plan, audiences, creatives, tracking map, and weekly optimization logs.
