Technical Sales Manager - Onsite - Karachi

Hiring for one of our Solar EPC based company in Karachi.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC (rooftop, ground-mounted, utility-scale).
- Generate leads, manage pipeline, and convert opportunities into project closures.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Technical Sales & Solutioning
- Provide technical consultation to clients on solar PV systems, design, and performance.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and ROI analysis.
- Conduct site visits for feasibility assessment and pre-engineering inputs.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between client and internal teams.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. Proposal & Tender Management
- Analyze RFPs/RFQs and prepare technical & commercial submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for proposal development.
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations with clients and partners.
- Finalize contracts ensuring profitability and compliance.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper handover from sales to execution teams.
7. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track solar market trends, policies, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback for product development and pricing strategies.
Other Details:
Experience: 10+ YEARS in Sales and Operations of the company (Solar based exp is mandatory)
Location: Karachi
Timings: Mon to Sat 9am to 6pm
Salary: Market competitive with Equity
