Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience, preferably within branding, real estate marketing, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual execution, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative output.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus (70%+ of Role)

• Lead high-quality visual execution across branding, digital campaigns, UI/UX design, print collateral, event materials, social media, and project launches.
• Design and optimize user interfaces and user experiences for websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and internal platforms, ensuring functionality, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Develop strong creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and translate them into polished, high-impact designs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, development, and production teams to deliver cohesive and effective creative output.
• Oversee final artwork, maintain design systems, and uphold high visual and user experience standards across projects.

Secondary Focus (Less than 30%)

• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors for production quality control.
• Support video shoots, event branding setups, and campaign rollouts.
• Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and internal creative systems.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new project launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Experience in branding, real estate marketing, luxury, or lifestyle sectors preferred

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and campaign work

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Working knowledge of After Effects preferred

• Strong UI/UX design expertise using Figma or similar tools

• Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and production quality

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Experience working with developers, luxury real estate brands, architectural firms, premium lifestyle brands, or marketing agencies handling real estate portfolios is a plus
