Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop an overarching technical design for Sangfor, ensuring integration of all required
• features and modules as specified by the product team.
• Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in the architectural framework.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate design into functional solutions.
• Implement industry best practices to maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and optimizations.
• Define the scope of the project, including key deliverables and timelines.
• Establish a comprehensive technical architecture aligned with client needs and business goals.
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and deployment requirements.
• Maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment between all parties.
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including:
• Technical requirements
• Architecture diagrams
• Deployment plans
• Collaborate with the departmental head and clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct technical reviews of code and design to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary modifications.
• Provide training and development opportunities for technical staff.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
• Manage and address technical support requests from clients.
• Work with development teams to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with the departmental head to ensure a streamlined support process.
• Continuously monitor industry advancements to maintain technical excellence.
• Implement new methodologies and technologies that align with the companys and Sangfors best interests.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
• 15-18 years of experience in IT Sales
• Ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Understanding of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to assess complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
• stakeholders.
• Capable of guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Other Details:

Location: Saddar

Experience: Minimum 18 years in this role and Pre Sales

Timings: 9am to 5pm

Salary: Market competitive as per experience and competence
