About the Role

We are building the next generation of intelligent automation systems across government, healthcare, and enterprise sectors — and we need builders who are excited about it. As an Automation & AI Engineer, you will design and deploy AI-powered workflows, agentic pipelines, and no-code/low-code automation solutions that create real operational impact. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who are deeply curious about AI agents, workflow orchestration, and the future of intelligent process automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Make.com
• Develop agentic AI pipelines using LangGraph and LangChain — multi-step reasoning, tool use, memory, and agent loops
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party services into automated workflows
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate repetitive business processes and reduce manual overhead
• Document workflows, data flows, and system architectures clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor, debug, and optimize deployed automations for reliability and performance
• Stay current with the fast-evolving AI agent and automation landscape and bring new ideas to the team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in automation or AI engineering — strong fresh graduates will be considered
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform — n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph for building LLM-based applications
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, data handling, and API integrations
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
• Basic understanding of agentic workflows — tool calling, memory management, multi-agent coordination
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on ambiguous problems.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with vector databases — Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma for RAG pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying automation services
• Knowledge of database tools — Airtable, PostgreSQL, or Supabase for workflow data storage
• Familiarity with messaging platforms — WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or Slack integrations
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLM APIs
• Understanding of Docker and basic DevOps practices for deployment
• Prior project work, internships, or open-source contributions in AI/automation.
