Client Company Introduction: 

A US based real estate tech platform/company having 100+ employees working over there.

Job Descriptions:

Looking for a seasoned Full Stack (MERN) Developer with a strong command over modern front-end and back-end technologies, particularly within the Next.js ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in building, integrating, and scaling the core functionalities of our real estate platform.

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
-Design and implement responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI
-Work closely with Convex DB for data modeling, queries, and real-time interactions
-Integrate third-party services like:

• Email: Resend API
• Maps: Google Maps API
• PDF Watermarking: PDF Rest
• Payments: Stripe Connect

-Manage authentication and user sessions using Convex Auth
-Deploy and manage applications with Vercel, ensuring optimal performance and security
-Implement CI/CD workflows, monitor deployments, and manage version control through GitHub
-Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
-Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

CORE SKILLS
-Must have 5+ years of experience in

• Next.js, React, Typescript, Convex Query, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI,
• Backend, Database, Ingegration
• Convex DB
• Email Service: Resend API
• Map Integration: Google Map API
• Watermarking: PDF Rest
• Payment Processing: Stripe Connect
• Hosting, Deployment, and Security
  

-Basic Auth: Convex Auth
-Version Control: GitHub
-Deployment, CI/CD: Vercel

Experience: 5+ years
Work Timings: 6 pm - 3 am CST (Monday - Friday) & Saturday (4 hours)
Location: Remote from Brazil / Mexico
