About the Role

We are seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainees – Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a scientific background who are interested in building a career in healthcare sales and diagnostics. The selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to the healthcare industry. This Management trainee position is leading to permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee – Sales, you will be trained to:

• Drive sales growth by promoting Langene Bios genetic testing services
• Engage with doctors, laboratories, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships within the healthcare community
• Develop strong product knowledge in genomics, molecular diagnostics, and clinical application.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits

Requirements:

• Fresh  graduates are encouraged to apply 
  
• Education: BS in Biotechnology, Genetics, Pharmacy, Biosciences, or related disciplines.
• MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Willingness to work in a field based sales role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, and life science.
• Dependable and punctual.
