3D Render Artist (On-Site | Karachi | Salary in PKR)

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Render Artist located in Karachi. The primary responsibilities include creating high-quality 3D models, performing texturing and lighting, rigging 3D assets, and collaborating with the design team to achieve project goals. The artist will also ensure that visualizations meet the company's quality standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D architectural visualisations for residential and mixed-use developments, including exterior and interior renders.
• Produce photorealistic still renders, walkthroughs, and animation sequences for marketing campaigns, launches, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and the marketing team to translate architectural drawings and concepts into compelling visual assets.
• Ensure accurate representation of materials, lighting, landscaping, and environmental context aligned with project positioning.
• Maintain high visual standards across all projects and meet strict campaign and launch deadlines.

• Assist in mood boards and visual concept development for new projects.

• Coordinate with external CGI studios or freelancers when required.

• Optimise renders for various platforms, including web, social media, print, and large format displays.
• Support the video team with visual assets for promotional films and keynote presentations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3D Modeling using software such as Blender
• Strong skills in Texturing and Lighting techniques to create realistic renderings
• Experience with Rigging for creating dynamic and animated 3D elements
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with architectural visualization or real estate projects is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field will be preferred
• 3 - 6 years of experience in branding, real estate marketing, luxury, or lifestyle sectors preferred

Work Timings: 11:00 am 8:00 pm

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
