Job Overview
A garment manufacturer is hiring a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding sales channels, and building long-term B2B client relationships. The role focuses on lead generation, brand positioning, strategic partnerships, and closing business while coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Build the company's online presence for marketing and lead generation
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, calls, and meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
- Develop business plans to grow brand presence and sales channels
- Onboard distributors, agents, and direct B2B clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare pricing, proposals, contracts, and tenders
- Drive lead generation through cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business/Marketing or related field
- Experience in sales/business development in garments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Ability to manage accounts and sales pipelines independently
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
