Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of practical experience in both Laravel and Next.js, and a working familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

The ideal candidate has already worked on real-world projects and is eager to learn and grow under senior developer mentorship.

You will contribute to our upcoming digital marketplace and gain exposure to modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain application features using Laravel 12 on the back-end.
• Develop responsive and interactive UIs using Next.js with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Build forms using React Hook Form with Zod for schema definition and validation.
• Implement data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards and listings using TanStack Table.
• Maintain consistent icon usage across the UI using React Icons.
• Integrate real-time features and webhook-driven updates using Laravel Echo.
• Enforce code quality and consistency standards using ESLint.
• Assist in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Work with official Laravel packages such as Breeze, Jetstream, Fortify, and Sanctum.
• Write clean, maintainable code and basic unit tests (Pest / PHPUnit).
• Actively use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar) as part of daily development work.
• Collaborate with designers, senior developers and other team members.
• Continuously learn and improve skills across the full stack.

Key Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with Laravel.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Proficiency with React Hook Form and Zod for form handling and validation.
• Experience building tables and data grids using TanStack Table.
• Familiarity with Laravel Echo for real-time event broadcasting and webhooks.
• Experience using React Icons and maintaining UI consistency.
• Experience configuring and working with ESLint standards.
• Practical experience with NextAuth.js or similar authentication solutions.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Active user of AI development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar) – this is a firm requirement.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Passion for learning and growing as a full-stack engineer.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Awareness of security best practices.
• Interest in testing practices (Pest / PHPUnit).
• Familiarity with state management (Zustand or Redux).

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Location: Lahore (Gulberg office)
• Work Mode: Onsite with hybrid or remote option available
• Work Hours: Evening / night shift aligned with US time zone7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekends off (as per project schedule)
