Job Overview
Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, contract drafting, compliance matters, and provide legal support across various business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and reports.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.

• Assist in handling litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.

• Support management on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

• Liaise with clients, government departments, and regulatory authorities as required.

• Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL. B).

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Salary: Market Competitive
Timings: 10 am to 7 pm - Monday to Saturday.
