Full Stack Engineer (AI Focused) - Karachi Onsite

Client Company Introduction:

Ireland based Leading Software Engineering Company delivering innovative, AI-powered platforms for global clients.

Were hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join a small, high-autonomy team building the core AI engine of our new product. Youll design and ship intelligent agent systems that generate, validate, and iterate on complex technical outputs using LLMs.

This is a building role, not a research role. Youll ship code daily, and have significant influence over architecture and product direction.

Job Description:

• Design and build multi-step AI agent systems that orchestrate LLMs to produce complex, structured outputs with high reliability
• Engineer prompt pipelines, context management strategies, and evaluation frameworks that systematically improve output quality
• Build execution environments for safe, sandboxed validation of AI-generated outputs
• Develop quality benchmarking systems to measure our output against competitors and track improvement over time
• Architect agent orchestration patterns: planning, tool use, error recovery, self-correction loops, and intelligent human handoff
• Stay obsessively current on LLM capabilities, new models, and emerging agent patterns; translate insights into shipped improvements within days
• Work across the full stack as needed, you own the problem end-to-end, not just the AI layer

Requirements:

• LLM Integration & Agent Architecture
  This is the centre of the role. We need deep, hands-on experience building production systems on top of LLMs.
  Proven track record building agentic systems: tool-use loops, multi-step reasoning, planning and execution pipelines
  Strong understanding of context engineering: prompt structuring, dynamic context loading, skills/rules patterns, context window management
  Experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and model selection for different task types
  Practical prompt evaluation: test suites, quality metrics, A/B testing prompt strategies at scale
  Familiarity with agent frameworks (Temporal, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) and the judgement to know when custom is better
  Full-Stack Web Development
  The AI systems you build will produce and interact with production web applications. You need to know what good looks like.
  Expert-level modern web: Python,React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, component libraries (shadcn/ui, Radix)
  Strong backend: REST APIs, authentication, database design (PostgreSQL, Supabase), serverless patterns
  Deployment and infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms
  Ability to evaluate generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
  UI/UX Sensibility
  Our product has a strong visual dimension. We need someone who cares about design quality, not just functionality.
  Strong eye for UI/UX: layout, typography, colour, spacing, responsive design
  Experience with design systems and component libraries
  Understanding of design-to-code workflows and how to produce visually polished output programmatically
  Code Analysis & Transformation
  Experience with AST parsing and code transformation (Babel, TypeScript compiler API, tree-sitter)
  Ability to build validation, linting, and auto-fix pipelines for generated code
  Understanding of code diffing, merging, and incremental modification patterns
  Speed & Competitive Intelligence
  Comfort with fast iteration: hypothesis ship measure iterate, in days not quarters
  Obsessive about the AI tooling landscape; you already have opinions on every major player and why
  Willingness to reverse-engineer approaches and benchmark systematically
  Strong technical opinions backed by evidence, not vibes
  Nice to Have
  Experience building developer tools, IDEs, or code generation platforms
  Experience with sandboxed execution environments or in-browser bundling (WebContainers, etc.)
  Open-source contributions to AI agent projects
  Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and emerging agent standards
