Hiring for a Pakistan based -E-Commerce platform.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Product Owner to join our team and help us shape the future of our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, design, and technical development of disruptive innovations across Sastatickets business.
• Prioritize and execute product initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and successful product delivery within the platform.
• Work closely with engineers and designers to drive product development and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Leverage usability studies, market analysis, CRM use-cases, and NPS related data to inform product requirements and enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of products and features from a marketplace model perspective.
• Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities for products to help scale and enhance the user experience.
• Design and execute a continuous testing plan for critical end-to-end flows in collaboration with the QC team to deliver an excellent user experience.
• Maximize efficiency in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, where creative solutions and flexibility are essential.
• Work as a key strategic stakeholder across functions to optimize product performance and development.

Education & Experience:

• Must have a Bachelors in Computer Science or a similar degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Product in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define and measure key product metrics.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving processes and challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

Non-Negotiables:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
• On-Site Availability (Karachi)
• Must have experience leveraging usability research, market analysis, CRM insights, NPS, or similar data sources to define product reqirements and improve user satisfaction.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal Block 6, Karachi

Work Days: Mon to Fri

Work Timings: 9 AM - 5 PM / 10 AM - 6 PM
