Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional support across voice, email, and chat channels. This role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases as necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including CSAT and FTR scores
Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Karachi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment (inbound and outbound)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Call Center Experience:
- Inbound: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Outbound: Make calls for sales, follow-ups, and customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service certifications or equivalent training

Location: P.E.C.H.S, Karachi
Experience: 1 year
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 6 pm- 2 am
