About Client

Hiring for a e-commerce and retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and facility maintenance to ensure a premium shopping environment.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business plans to expand the customer base and optimize profitability.
  
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team. You will be responsible for succession planning and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Financial Management: Manage the store budget, analyze sales figures, and forecast future performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Brand Integrity: Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines and that the store reflects the brand's identity across all touchpoints.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and engagement trends (including
  digital/social presence) to enhance service levels and loyalty.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (O-Level/A- Level background preferred).

Skills:
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing large-scale budgets.
Strong understanding of retail tech, e-commerce integration, and inventory software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
