We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Respresentative, fluent in English to join our team for the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold email, and direct outreach
- Educate property owners, CPAs, and investors on the ROI of cost segregation
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and coordinate with technical experts
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure a top-tier client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales outreach or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in web scraping tools and techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail..
Experience : 2 Years
Salary: Market Competitive + Commission on Sales
Benefits : Commission +Yearly Bonus
Work Timings : Monday to Saturday (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
