Sales Executive – SaaS (Outbound Outreach)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to lead outbound sales outreach for our SaaS product. This role focuses on initiating contact with prospects, conducting cold calls, and converting conversations into qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building value-driven conversations that generate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls using company-provided data to introduce our SaaS solution and generate qualified leads.
Understand prospect needs, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Accurately log all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain clean records in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Odoo, or Salesforce.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and conversion strategies.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach, lead qualification, and conversion targets.
Share insights from prospect conversations to improve sales strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle objections and build rapport over calls
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
