Hiring for one of our International Real Estate firm in Pakistan.

Job Description:

Business Process Analysis: Assess workflows, identify inefficiencies,

automation opportunities, stakeholder engagement.

AI & Digital Strategy: Define transformation roadmap, identify AI use cases,

evaluate emerging technologies.

Solution Design & Implementation: Design and deploy AI-driven solutions,

work with engineering/data teams, end-to-end execution.

AI Adoption & Integration: Integrate tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini;

build prompt frameworks and automation workflows.

Change Management: Drive adoption, train teams, promote innovation

culture.

Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track impact, optimize and report to

leadership.

Other Details:

Experience: 5 to 8 years in AI and Digital Transformation

Location: Shahbaz Commercial, Karachi

Salary: Market competitive

Working/ Days: Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm Onsite
