Sales Manager | Call Center Agent | Multilingual (Spanish)

We are looking for a professional who can align with the company's sales requirements and help achieve sales targets. The selected candidate will receive full guidance and support from the Area Supervisor and will work closely with them to manage tasks effectively.

Requirements for the Role

• Native Spanish speaker

• Basic computer skills

• PC or Laptop

• Wired LAN internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or 5G)

• Headset with microphone (headband or over-ear type)

Nice to Have

• English proficiency (B2 level) – not mandatory

• Strong persuasion skills

• Efficiency and productivity

• High level of motivation

• Adaptability and flexibility
  

Job Responsibilities

Customer Order Processing

• Collect customer information according to the provided questionnaire.
• Present products based on the customers individual needs and benefits.

• Address and handle customer objections effectively.

• Offer relevant product courses to customers.

• Manage additional objections and finalize orders.

• Complete training on time (1 niche every 4 days).
