Job Description
We are seeking for an IT Support Engineer. The role involves Client management & Office Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Application Deployment:
Perform on-site installation and configuration of eAudit software at various bank branches and head offices.
- Technical Liaison:
Work with bank IT teams to ensure server readiness, networking, and database connectivity.
- Office IT Management:
Provide support for internal laptops and maintain the **IP Phone (VoIP)** system.
- Systems Monitoring:
Ensure application uptime across our Pakistan and France cloud hosting environments.
- Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for banking clients post-deployment.
Technical Requirements:
Education:Bachelors degree in CS, IT, or related field.
Software Skills:Basic knowledge of application deployment and web server environments.
Networking:Familiarity with LAN/WAN and **IP Phone** setup.
Databases:Basic SQL knowledge for data troubleshooting.
Professionalism:Strong communication skills suitable for a corporate banking environment.

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Location: DHA, Karachi
