About Role:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across major platforms. The role focuses on content planning, brand positioning, audience engagement, website updates, and performance monitoring to ensure consistent growth and strong online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and audience growth
Content Management & Execution:
Oversee creation and publishing of high-quality content including posts, reels, carousels, stories, and videos
Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistency across platforms
Coordinate with design and video teams for content production
Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all digital platforms
Website Management:
Manage and regularly update the organizations website with new content, images, announcements, and course information
Upload creative content and ensure the website remains visually engaging and up to date
Coordinate with internal teams to keep website information accurate and relevant
Collaboration & Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate closely with the advertising and paid ads team
Communicate campaign requirements, creatives, and content briefs for advertisements
Ensure alignment between organic content and paid advertising campaigns
Support integrated campaign execution through cross-team collaboration
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and other performance metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve performance.
Community Management:
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions across platforms
Ensure timely and professional responses to queries and feedback
Strengthen online community engagement and brand presence
Requirements:
Minimum 16 years of education
2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
Experience in the education industry is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong content sense, creativity, and branding awareness
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
