About the Company:

Looking for an integrated Health Ecosystem, connecting health service users to the health service provider and organizations paying for it.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute advertising campaigns, manage social media presence, and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advertising strategies across digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

• Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospects, build relationships, and generate qualified leads.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

• Track marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising and social media management.
• Understanding of LinkedIn outreach strategies and B2B lead generation.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus
