UI/UX Product designer (Remote | Salary in PKR)

Client Company Introduction:

Our Client company is a fast-growing software agency in Faisalabad.


About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused UX/UI Designer who thrives in product research (R&D;) and rapid prototyping. This role is ideal for someone who doesnt just design screens, but deeply studies competing products, identifies gaps, and translates insights into high-quality, testable prototypes quickly. You must be fast, structured, research-driven, and highly efficient using AI tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth competitor research and product comparisons.
• Break down feature sets, UX flows, UI patterns, pricing models, and positioning.
• Identify gaps, innovation opportunities, and UX improvements.
• Create structured comparison reports and visual research documentation.
• Convert research into user flows, information architecture, and wireframes.
• Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Create interactive prototypes using Figma, Miro, and other UX collaboration tools.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, generate layout variations, improve UX copy, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Work with urgency and deliver iterations quickly in fast-moving product environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in UX research and competitor benchmarking.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Miro.
• Excellent prototyping skills (interactive and structured).
• Strong understanding of product thinking and user behavior.
• Ability to translate research into actionable design solutions.
• Experience using AI tools for design and research optimization.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.

• Experience in SaaS or digital product development.
• Understanding of business models and product-market fit.
• Basic knowledge of product strategy and growth.
