Job Description:

Were looking for a strategic, solutions-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in JIRA, who thrives on solving complex problems, building scalable processes, and leading cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who is not just a project tracker but a critical thinker, a process creator, and a natural leader who elevates the way teams work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects, from ideation to delivery, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across all stakeholders. Architect and continuously refine project workflows and operational processes to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
• Act as a problem-solver-in-chief proactively identify roadblocks, diagnose root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Set up, optimize, and maintain JIRA workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting to ensure transparency and real-time visibility.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, product, QA, and leadership to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Coach team members on best practices in task management, estimation, and ownership.
  

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Advanced expertise in JIRA, including workflow design, custom dashboards, automation, and data hygiene. Proven ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in building or optimizing internal processes that scale.
• Strong communicator who leads with clarity and influence not just coordination. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project lifecycle management.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Confluence, Trello, Asana, or other PM tools.
• Familiarity with software development pipelines and CI/CD environments. Ability to interpret data and produce actionable reports for leadership..
