Opening: Accounts & Finance Manager 

Job Description:
The company seeking an experienced and strategic Finance & Accounts Manager to lead and manage the finance and accounting function of the organization. The Manager Finance will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, compliance, and supporting business growth. This executive will also be responsible for driving operational efficiency and aligning the financial strategy with the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and sustainability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and board.

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting (UK GAAP/IFRS).
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Ensure robust financial controls and internal audit readiness.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with SECP, FBR, tax laws, and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead annual statutory audits and liaise with external/internal auditors.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and investors.
• Support fundraising efforts and investor relations through financial modeling and projections.

Team & Systems Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance and accounts team.
• Implement financial systems, ERP, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• CA Finalist/ ACCA/ ICMA or MBA-Finance
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Experience in fintech, telecom or Ed-Tech preferred
• Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory

Key Competencies:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Sound leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of digital financial services

Experience: 5+ years
Work Timings: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (11:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Location: Islamabad - Onsite
