Job Description:

We are hiring an Assistant HR Manager to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of labor laws, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to support both employees and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management - Calculating salaries, handling deductions, and managing payment timelines.
  • Leave & Attendance Management - Tracking employee attendance, leave approvals, and records.
  • Employee Records & Documentation - Maintaining contracts, probation reports, confirmations, and evaluations.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding - Posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding checklists.
  • Policy Development & Compliance - Assisting in drafting HR manuals, policies, and operational SOPs.
  • HR Reporting - Generating performance summaries, payroll sheets, and hiring reports.
  • Operational Support - Assisting with workspace setup, inventory planning, and HR admin duties.
  • Office Environment & Culture Building - Organizing team-building activities, fostering motivation.
  • Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling - Listening to employee concerns, mediating issues, and maintaining harmony.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication - Acting as a bridge between leadership and employees for feedback, suggestions, and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Experience: 3 Years

Days: Monday to Saturday (Half-day Saturday)

Timing: 10am-6pm
