Position Overview:
This team member must have a solid understanding of the entire Digital Marketing ecosystem and the relationships that all channels have with one another. More Specifically, you must have in-depth experience optimizing the Google Ads Platform. You can optimize the account for the industrys best cost per conversion while taking care of tracking.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
2+ years of experience as Paid Search/Paid Social specialist or a similar role
2+ years of experience with planning and implementing a successful Paid Search and Paid Social Strategy
Courses in Web Analytics, i.e., GA4, GTM, etc
Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the ability to identify and communicate trends and insights
Ability to prepare and present campaign reports to clients
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Team player and able to grow into a leadership role
Excellent time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Having Google Ads certifications will be a plus

Responsibilities:
As an Advertising executive, you will be working under the supervision of the Advertising Manager.
You are responsible for implementing and managing paid advertising strategies for clients assigned by the line manager.
Assist in managing paid advertising performance, aiming to improve ROAS and support business growth through data-driven approaches, contributing to measurable outcomes for clients and internal teams.
Research and prepare the Digital Marketing plan.
Set up new campaigns and track daily ad account management tasks across platforms i.e. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads etc.
Implement advanced AI-based strategies to enhance targeting diversification,optimize performance, and maximize campaign efficiency across multiple platforms.
Set up and provide strategic recommendations for remarketing campaigns to re-engage audiences and maximize conversions across digital advertising platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-performing strategies for each client, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions promptly.
Stay updated with new trends and find avenues to increase our clients' conversions, revenue, and sales.
Understand the client's industry and needs and set goals accordingly.
Provide strategic insights, campaign updates, and data-driven recommendations to the line manager to ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor Google Analytics' key tools to analyze which areas are essential for achieving clients' goals.
Integrate third-party online call-tracking software for conversion analytics.
Set up events for the website's different sections to analyze users behavior.
